Planning to join us in the Adirondacks for our wedding celebration? Nestled in the heart of Lake Placid, the weekend promises a beautiful mix of mountain views, fresh air, and cozy charm. Below are answers to a few common questions to help you prepare.
May I bring a guest?
Only guests whose names are listed on the invitation are included. If you received a plus one, it will be noted there.
What is the dress code?
We kindly request formal attire. Black tie is not required, but we encourage dressing to celebrate!
Are children invited?
Children who are invited will be listed by name on your invitation. If they’re not mentioned, we’re planning for an adult-only celebration.
Is there parking at the Whiteface Club?
Yes, parking is available on-site. Please note that some lots may require a short walk on a graded incline, so plan accordingly.
Will transportation be provided?
We are not offering transportation to or from the venue. However, ride share services are commonly available in Lake Placid.
When should I RSVP by?
Please respond by August 5, 2025. We can’t wait to hear from you!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and seating.
What kind of weather should we expect?
October in Lake Placid tends to be crisp and changeable as fall transitions into early winter. Early in the month, daytime highs typically reach around 59°F (15°C), so layers are a good idea.
